Real strength is not based on retaliation. It's standing your ground when you know what you're doing is right! Continue to be respectful, kind, loving, and polite to those who turn out to be your enemies. However, it does NOT mean you go back and allow the person to hurt you again because you realize that those people were not who you thought they were. Those are the ones who will end up missing out on the blessing! Keep your eyes on God, not man!

PRAYER: Heavenly Father, You are the God of Peace, and I know, Father, that when I keep my eyes fixed on You, my heart and mind are at rest. You are the God who strengthens me and tells me that vengeance belongs to You alone. I will trust in You as I stand my ground and do what is right in Your sight because Your approval of me is all that matters. Instruct me in Your ways and continue to light my way as I walk along the road You have me on. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
