On October 7, 2013, Teresa Allissa Citro, was called by God to start a ministry to encourage and empower people globally by helping them to understand their identity in Jesus Christ. 

 

There are moments in our life so painful,  if it weren't for God, we would not make it. It is during those times God is refining us like silver and purifying us as gold. 

Thread of Hope, Inc. (TOH) is all about Zechariah 13:9, which states, " 'I will bring that group through the fire and make them pure. I will refine them like silver and purify them like gold. They will call on my name, and I will answer them. I will say, ‘These are my people,’ and they will say, ‘The Lord is our God.'"  We have gone through the unthinkable, and God brought us through; it is because we are His people. You are His child, and He wants to do the same for you. 

 

We are the threads of hope God is weaving into this world to encourage and remind our neighbors that He is God, and He is Elyashib: "God restores," and He will restore all the enemy has stolen. 

 

I pray the God of all peace would engrave Zechariah 13:9 in your heart and mind.  May you grasp His great love for you and fully understand, if you yield to Him, He is faithful to save you from all your troubles, hurt, and pain. Be encouraged because the Lord says to you, "You are my child." Begin to praise and thank Him. Respond to Him, "You are my God!"
