Whatever Will Be Is Going to Happen?

Our steps are ordered by God. However, this not always the case. Have you ever been somewhere and asked yourself, "Why am I here?" I have, and I realized very quickly I brought me there, not God. We have to be very careful that we don't confuse our desires to be the leading of God. I believe God; I trust God to lead me to where and with whom He needs me to be for that specific time. We make wrong decisions all the time when we don't allow God to do the leading.
Secondly, peer pressure is a killer of being where you are supposed to be. Sometimes, we do things that we are not to do just to please others. This action is one of the most destructive things you can do. I marvel at the most ridiculous reasons people tell me to excuse things they do. I find myself saying in my mind, "Just shut up, keep quiet, don't say a word!" I look at their lives and I clearly understand why all the havoc. May I suggest that before you go anywhere ask God, are you leading me to such a place, or a person? It doesn't matter if it's the greatest place or person on earth. It's not about the place, or the person. It's all about YOU being there where you're supposed to be. There are places and people God is trying to lead you too. However, you are getting in the way of His ordered steps for you, and you are aborting them because you want to do what you want to do.
Pray and ask God to lead you to the people and places where He will use you to bless others and bring Him glory! Be lead by His spirit to high places where you will stand in awe of the purposes of God! God's plans can't be stopped unless you remove yourself from His perfect will. The more I work and listen to people, the more I realize just how much people lose for going their own way.
TODAY, YOU HAVE A CHOICE!

There are two roads before you clearly marked: "GOD'S WAY," and the other is "MY WAY." God's way might seem the hardest at the moment, but I promise you, God's Way will lead you besides still waters. The other way which is your way will lead you to despair, destruction, and death... the death of dreams, plans, hopes, and desires. People think that in the end whatever will be will be. This is the biggest lie of the Devil. It happens to countless people. They miss out on God's blessings and purposes because they choose the wrong road. Listen to people talk, and you will hear them tell you of their disappointments, heartaches, and troubles they caused themselves for going their way -never accomplishing their goals and dreams. As for me, I will do it God's way.
Which road will you choose today? I'm begging you. Choose God's Way, and you will lead the most exciting, exhilarating, purpose-lived life ever!

PRAYER: Heavenly Father, You are my Maker, and You are the Designer of My Life. You are my Hope, and Father, You look out for what is best for me. Thank You for not always giving me what I want. Thank You for creating me with purpose. Lord, I surrender to You, and I ask that You lead me along the road that will take me to the destination You have for me. I will put my hope and my trust in You. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
