False Words

The Bible speaks of some people who are soothsayers. Soothsayers are those who foresee the future also called diviners, fortune tellers, prophets, sages to name a few.

Soothsayers often speak false words, wanting you to believe that their words are from God when they are not; these false words they speak are from the mouth of devil himself and should be avoided like sin. Just turn away and run before you get caught up in this trick because it will ruin your life if you do not reject it. With our words we can talk life and proclaim death for in our mouth we have the power to do these things, but be warned for whatever you speak can lead to either life or death again. What words you choose to speak is a choice, and it is a choice that should be thought out with great care. If you are not careful with your words, you can kill your life or somebody else's life; so, speak with caution. The Biblical example of this can be found in Proverbs 13:3, and a summary of that Scripture is this: Guard your mouth or hold your tongue and you will preserve life but whoever opens his/her lips can come to trouble. This is the problem some pastors, soothsayers and others who are not rooted in the Word of God, and they want you to believe their words. However, it is your choice whether or not you will believe them, and wisdom also plays a big part of this when deciding if you want to remain in a trap by soothsayers. The Bible says, in Hosea 4:6 (ESV), "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge; because you have rejected knowledge, I reject you from being a priest to me. And since you have forgotten the law of your God, I also will forget your children." This verse is meant as a warning to those both weak and strong in Christ, and sadly, this occurs today and everyday. What Christians don't see is that in order to be blessed they walk in the will of the Lord, but some are timind and scared to walk in the Lord's Will. However, cast off the fear and lack of knowledge for through Him you can do ALL things through Him to gives you strength and loves you. Do not be scared for the Lord God of Abraham, Isaac and Isarel walks with you today. He will deliver you from these soothsayers, and He will give you strength and knowledge to combat these demons! In this world, there are many problems, but have hope that God is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you!

PRAYER: Heavenly Father, thank You for this day that You have made. Father please help me to steer away from the soothsayers and people who want harm to befall me. Please forgive me for any sin that is in my life and help me to forgive others as You have forgiven me. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
