Growing in faith is one of the most pleasing things to God.
When the believer has finally come to their spiritual senses and have decided to rebuild their faith, that is pleasing to God for does not want to see His children suffer or hurt because it is not God who hurts. It's your own foolish decisions that causes the pain and lack of faith, but take heart when you find hope because that will cause your faith rise up and grow! Faith is one of the most important things in the Christian's weaponry to fight against spiritual battles in life and to renew your mind with this faith works even when the situation seems dire. It's up to you to exercise and take hold of faith to make it work for you!
"but they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint." -Isaiah 40:31(ESV)
This verse can speaks lengths to someone who does know the meaning of it. However, this verse can be also be taken out of context because, Yes, the Lord does renew our strength, but we have to our part as well!
The meaning of this verse is simple: rely on your faith, and let God do the rest. If we have faith as small as a mustard seed, we can move mountains.
All it takes faith as we can see in Matthew 17:20 (ESV), which states, "He said to them, “Because of your little faith. For truly, I say to you, if you have faith like a grain of mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there,' and it will move, and nothing will be impossible for you." So take Heart! Have faith, and watch it grow to be used by God!
