Just Take The Path of Life Which Is Obedience To God.

One of the most pleasing things we can do is to obey God; For disobedience is sin and darkness and our disobedience will be overall displeasing to the Father and will cause Him to be displeased with us. The Scriptures says in Acts 5:29, "But Peter and the apostles answered, 'We must obey God rather than men."

What this entails is that yes we have to obey man; We must obey the Lord first so we do not sin. Sin is disobedience and disobedience does not work out with God or for us. Sin does nothing but bring about disastrous consequences. It is a choice to obey God. The road of obedience leads to favor and blessing while the other is a path of bad life choices and no blessing at all. It's important for followers of Christ to take the path of life and obedience rather than the path of death.
