2018 THE YEAR OF CONFIDENCE!

As I prayed for this year’s theme along with my staff, the word that kept coming up was CONFIDENCE. As we began to think about CONFIDENCE, God started to show us important truths about this word.

“And we are confident that he hears us whenever we ask for anything that pleases him. And since we know he hears us when we make our requests, we also know that he will give us what we ask for.” (1 John 5:14-15 NLT)

This is our year to experience CONFIDENCE in Christ! We fully understand it pleases Him when we ask Him for His will to be accomplished in our lives. As we began to pray together as a team, my Executive Director and I both were given the same message “Break down the word and bring forth the biblical principles using each letter as a separate word that signifies confidence.”

We believe the message God gave us is as follows… For each letter God gave us a word and a Bible verse to go with it. We are anticipating a great move of God in each of our lives as well as our neighbors all around the globe.

Each month, we will share with you a specific letter with bible verse. I am asking us to memorize each Bible verse as it is shared. By the end of the year, we will be rich in the knowledge of a Bible verse which will change our lives and build CONFIDENCE in Jesus Christ.

We will begin this month with the CONFIDENCE 2018 theme verse, “And we are confident that he hears us whenever we ask for anything that pleases him. And since we know he hears us when we make our requests, we also know that he will give us what we ask for.” (1 John 5:14-15 NLT)

My prayer for you is this that you would seek God with all your heart, fully aware He looks all over the world looking for a heart which is committed to Him so He can show Himself powerful on your behalf. For I know He does hear us, and He will honor us by giving us the desires of our hearts when we choose His will above ours. Amen?
