FOR WITH GOD...

“For with God nothing is impossible!”
Luke 1:37
This is one of my life’s verses. I’m sharing with you. What are you believing God for? There are things that are not of Him. To believe He will comply with our selfish motives or destructive wants isn’t going to happen. This passage as nothing to do with wishful thinking.
But... (I love that three-letter word "But") He grants the desires of our hearts as we trust Him to do what is best in our lives. Christmas is all about impossible miracles. Jesus’ birth was all miraculous from conception to birth. It was impossible for a virgin birth.
What has God spoken into your heart? What is that one thing you have been carrying as God’s promise? Whatever you have been carrying shall be birth. The greatest miracles take time to come to life. Sometimes, God is trying to develop you into what He’s promised. It might seem crazy to others. How can a woman have a baby without having sex? Why would the Son of God be born in a stable? We don’t get to dictate to God how we want things done.
Trust Him with all your heart. Don’t try to figure it all out you can’t. God’s timing never matches ours. Our thoughts are so not like His thoughts.
There wouldn't have been a miracle birth for Mary is she didn’t agree with God’s plan. Take note in her reply to the Angel’s announcement. “Mary responded, "I am the Lord's servant. May everything you have said about me come true." And then the angel left her.”
She asked the right questions ahead of time, she counted the cost, and she still decided to do things God’s way. That’s the ultimate obedience. I wonder how many times we miss what God has for us because of fear and disobedience? “May all God says about me and you come true!
The promises of God, I have found are not given to the faint of heart. Please meditate on this today. Then, ask God, “What are you trying to birth in me? Then once he shows you have the courage, strength, and determination to do what he said. There’s no room to do things our way. Make that your, “No room in your inn!”
Say with me today, “I am the Lord's servant. May everything you have said about me come true." Then don’t start to debate it, and don’t go running to and fro to get human opinions. Wait on God. Whatever you do don’t give up on his promises to you.
Notice what happened after her declaration? “And then the angel left her.” The road was about to be opened to her. Conception took place, and the promise was about to be birth. The road was about to be prepared for her. The Angels were preparing for her miracle birth.
Don’t abort your promise for fear of men! Remember that which is of God shall come to pass if you believe, if you agree, if you obey.
May God grant you peace through the process, joy in your wait, love in patience, and a courageous heart in determination to birth God’s wonderful gifts He has in store for your life.
“Fear not, Child of God, for you have found favor with God.” Are you like me and so long for, desire desperately to hear those words? If so, then let God know without tossing back and forth in your thought process you want His gifts no matter the cost. Then stand strong and do not waver, believing in His time they shall be birthed.

INSIGHT: Our God holds the oceans in His hand and measured off the heavens with His fingers. That is the God we serve. Isaiah 40:12 states this, "Who else has held the oceans in his hand? Who has measured off the heavens with his fingers? Who else knows the weight of the earth or has weighed the mountains and hills on a scale?" Since the Lord Our God is majestic and since He is the God Who Is Able, then God is able to bring to fruition the dreams and desires He has stirred within your heart and the promises He has spoken to you (Psalm 37:4), and He is ever mindful of you (Psalm 8). I encourage you to never give up. Don't waver in your faith. Stand on whatever God has promised you and don't let go of those promises because your God is not man that he should lie, and He is not man that He should change His mind.
MEDITATE: "God is not man, that he should lie, or a son of man, that he should change his mind. Has he said, and will he not do it? Or has he spoken, and will he not fulfill it?" - Numbers 23:19
God is who He says He is. He will do what He says He will do. What are you believing God for? Are you struggling to believe? If you are struggling to believe, it is okay for you to say to God, "I do believe, but help me overcome my unbelief." He hears you when you cry out to Him. Don't give up. Keep going. Waiting on God and doing the tasks He tells you to carry out in your time of waiting is well worth the wait.
PRAYER: Almighty God, You are awesome in power. You are the God of the Impossible, and I place all my hope and trust in You. Father, where there is unbelief, help me overcome my unbelief for You are in control, and You, O God, are able to do beyond what I could ever ask or think. Thank You for the grace and mercy You sustain me with. Thank You for holding me in Your hands and never letting me go. To You be all the glory and honor. In Jesus Name, Amen.
