God Still Works Miracles

Does God perform miracles today? Absolutely. God still performs miracles. He is The Almighty All-Knowing God, and He is The One Who Is Our Shield. He is Our Defense, and He is Our Strong Tower and Our Refuge. OUR GOD IS MIGHTY TO SAVE.
Below is the testimony of a miracle as told by Teresa Allissa Citro, our Founder & President of how God delivered her and our Vice President, Ruth Strait.
Tonight, I witnessed a miracle. I have no logical explanation as to how this could have happened. I came home to find my parents sitting at the kitchen table reading Psalms 91. I told my parents what just happened. My dad quickly said, "God rescued you, what you are describing is impossible."
I was driving Ruth back to her place. I was on Route 20, in Weston, driving East. Out of nowhere there was a downpour, and I couldn't see much ahead. For those who live here and now this route, you know it's a two-car lane with cars going opposite directions.
All of a sudden, I see headlights in front of me, on my lane. The car was driving the opposite direction, and coming straight at me. It wasn't stopping.
I screamed, "Ruth, Oh my God, the car is going to hit us head on!" I stopped, and just started beeping for car to stop. The car never stopped! I had no where to go. Tons of cars at a stand still on my left. The car behind me saw I was going to get hit head on so he totally stopped away from me.
Meanwhile I continued to scream, "Ruth the car isn't stopping, it's still coming towards us. Now I'm frantically non-stop beeping, and trying to figure out how to get the driver to see me and stop. I'm in my minivan and the driver was in a full size sedan. I was trapped. Cars were on my left, and trees were on my right. There was nowhere to go, and we were sitting there waiting for the car to hit head on and trying to brace myself for the impact.
I have no idea how this car, in a two lane was able to miss me, and go between me and the other car on opposite direction. It passed between me and the other car. I went back to the scene on my way back home because I can't figure out how it was possible for 3 cars to be in a 2 car lane, side by side, in the middle of a huge downpour. My dad who knows the road well and where I was said, "Impossible, there isn't room for 3 cars. God gave us a miracle tonight."
My Mom had her Bible opened as she was reading with my dad as I was walking in the house. She began to thank God for His protection and the disaster that could have plagued our family tonight.
She said, "This Psalms is God's answer to you. He wants you to know He is with you!"
I opened my Bible to reread Psalms 91.
I'm going to share the passages that jumped up at me. I'm putting together the verses they are out of order, but this what God dropped in my heart. This isn't for me only but for those who have made the Most High God their home.
"You have made the Most High your home. No harm will come to you. He will put his angels in charge of you to protect you in all your ways. They will carry you in their hand so that you never hit your foot. I will protect you because you know my name. When you call to me, I will answer you. I will be with you when you are in trouble. I will save you and honor you. I will satisfy you with a long life. I will show you how I will save you."
Tonight God showed me how "he saved me," and Ruth.
I am going back to that scene again tomorrow because I can't understand where that car went as it passed me on my left. Still going the opposite direction. So many cars in back of me who had come to a holt because of this car driving in wrong lane. I'm sure watching in horror at what was about to happen to me.
But God has angels around His people; angels are real beings. Whatever the design for harm was meant for me tonight, it didn't succeed. God stopped it. I'm grateful, so very thankful.
Have you made the Most High God your home? Look at the benefits of doing so. No harm will befall, no plagues, no pestilences, not even hitting our foot on a rock, protection, and help. All because we know His name. He will rescue us and honor us with long life.
Meditate on Psalms 91 tonight and ask God to reveal his truth to you, and thank God with me nothing happened to me or Ruth tonight.
